Job summary

Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery is seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our Columbus-area team. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized skincare services in a medical aesthetics environment, collaborating with surgeons, aesthetic providers, and wellness professionals.

You will perform skin analyses, customize treatments, educate clients on at-home care, and support a luxury patient experience across CAPS locations. Requires a valid Ohio Esthetician license and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Esthetician license (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician; medical aesthetics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, ingredients, and professional protocols.
• Experience with medical-grade product lines and retail sales.
• Excellent communication and client-first approach.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset across CAPS locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer chemical peels, masks, scrubs, and advanced modalities.
• Provide facial/body treatments to improve skin health and relaxation.
• Educate clients on at-home skincare routines and product usage.
• Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare products tailored to client needs.
• Guide makeup techniques and post-treatment skincare best practices.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Uphold sanitation and infection control standards per state regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to elevate patient experience.
