Job summary

Grand Parkway Smiles is seeking a skilled Medical Aesthetician for our cosmetic dentistry center in West Virginia. The candidate will perform Botox and dermal filler injections, facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling while educating patients and developing skincare plans.

We value excellent communication, patient satisfaction, and a team-oriented approach; 1-2 years in a medical office preferred; MD & DE license required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid MD & DE License.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Experience with aesthetic skincare procedures such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and microneedling.
• Experience with injecting botox and facial fillers.
• Willing to develop skin care services within our medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform Botox and facial filler injections.
• Perform facials including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
• Develop individualized skincare treatment plans.
• Educate patients about proper skin care and use of medical-grade products.
• Sell products best suited for skin type and aesthetic goals.
• Develop relationships with patients to ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients.
• Follow up with patients by phone after treatment and inform about promotions.
• Direct efforts toward patient satisfaction and expanding service lines.

We are seeking a full-time Medical Aesthetician for our well-respected, cosmetic dentistry center.

The right candidate must be a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin care and patient satisfaction. The position requires someone who is dynamic, energetic, and possess a positive attitude. The candidate must be willing to learn all service lines offered in our practice and be a supportive team member.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Perform Botox and facial filler injections.
• Perform facials including but not limited to various chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
• Develop individualized skincare treatment plans
• Must be able to educate our patients about proper skin care and use of our medical-grade skin care line
• Sell products to our patients that are best suited for their skin type and aesthetic goals
• Develop strong relationships with our patients so that all feel welcome and important
• Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients
• Contact patients by phone to follow-up after treatment, provide information on promotional specials, etc.
• Responsible for directing all efforts toward patient satisfaction and developing service lines within the practice

Experience/Requirements

• Must possess a valid MD & DE License
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office preferred
• Must have experience with aesthetic skincare procedures such as facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and microneedling.
• Must have experience with injecting botox and facial fillers.
• Must be willing to develop skin care services within our medical practice while developing their own skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and high-level customer service are a must
• Knowledge of lasers, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures a plus.
