Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven esthetician who places client satisfaction and experience as their north star. The right fit will be an expert at client assessments, facilitate trusting relationships, and know when to lead and when to listen. You’ll need to have product and procedure knowledge to personalize treatments on the fly that produce results, as well as understand 4EvaGlow holistic service‑offerings to compliment a client’s journey. Expected treatments include hydrafacial, skin treatments, hair removal, amongst others. This esthetician will be an expert at product sales that feel organic by complimenting a client’s needs. Our esthetician will consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction.

To ensure success you should meet revenue goals, ensure client retention and build a solid client base. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring and professional, and have the ability to make others feel good about themselves by delighting them every time.

Responsibilities

• Providing client education, facials, body treatments, and assisting teammates with client intakes when needed.
• Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
• Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
• Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate suitability of treatments.
• Advising clients on skin care, and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens. Understanding protocols for pre- and post‑care of all offered services, which may impact skincare routines or products.
• Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
• Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
• Meticulously adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.
• Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.

Qualifications

• Florida State licensure to practice in Aesthetics.
• 2+ years industry experience.
• Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Proficient with technology including taking photos, using iPads and electronic charting.
• Social‑media savvy to promote 4EvaGlow services while adhering to company policies.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support our other locations, if needed.
