Job summary

Cultivate Aesthetics in Lansing, MI is seeking a licensed esthetician to own the skincare side of the practice. You will perform facials, peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and laser protocols, following established owner-approved procedures. You’ll also create personalized skincare plans and contribute content for our social channels.

The role is on-site, with hours built around patient demand; part-time with potential to go full-time if desired, and a collaborative team of NP/PA members.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan esthetics license (state-issued, in good standing) at time of hire.
• Comfortable performing facials, peels, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin treatments independently.
• Prior esthetician experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional skincare treatments (facials, peels, microneedling) ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for.
• Collaborate with the team to develop personalized skincare plans aligned with patient goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, resetting between appointments.
• Engage with patients through follow-up calls and messages to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend quarterly CE courses and share insights with the team.
• Create engaging social media content reflecting our brand and patient care.
• Proactively manage inventory to ensure supplies are available and ordered in a timely manner.
