Qualifications

• Active Indiana aesthetician license required.
• Experience in medical spa or similar settings preferred.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare services based on client needs and goals.
• Perform advanced facial treatments and skincare procedures.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand concerns and desired results.
• Develop customized treatment plans and educate clients on services.
• Proactively recommend and upsell treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare products.
• Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
