Medical Aesthetician – Help Grow Our Cosmetic Practice!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, etc.) with a focus on safety and results.
• Educate patients on skincare products, post-procedure care, and customized treatment plans.
• Help grow the cosmetic side of the practice by recommending services, retaining clients, developing strategies for increasing bookings and streamlining systems.
• Utilize social media to engage and attract new patients (before-and-after photos, skincare tips, treatment highlights, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and organized EHR documentation to ensure smooth patient care and compliance.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments and trends to keep our services competitive.
• Work collaboratively with the medical and administrative team to create a seamless patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a med spa setting.
• Passion for aesthetic treatments and a results-driven approach to patient care.
• Strong social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and experience in content creation for marketing.
• Organized and detail-oriented—able to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Experience with EHR systems and ability to maintain thorough patient records.
• A team player who is eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to our growing practice.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Are Familiar With Any of the Following Procedures: Hydrafacial, Skinpen Microneedling, Erbium Lasers, Nd Yag Laser, KTP Laser, IPL, and Radiofrequency Microneedling Technology.
