Job description

The Art Of Anti-Aging is a premier aesthetics practice located on South Lamar. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team.

Looking for skills such as exceptional customer service, upbeat and professional demeanor, passion for the aesthetics industry, organization, and excellent work ethic. Must be customer-focused, friendly, professional, and attentive.

Responsibilities include:

1. Consulting with customers on their skin and body care needs and developing care plans.
2. Recommending professional care products and services.
3. Delivering quality technical service with emphasis on the customer’s goals.
4. Building a client base through referrals and utilizing promotional materials available.
5. Ensuring a positive patient experience and building relationships with patients.
6. Consulting patients with pricing and services.
7. Ordering supplies and ensuring all required information for visits.
8. Obtaining client health history and assessing conditions.
9. Thorough medical charting after each visit.
10. Recording detailed treatment notes for all clients.
11. Participating in sales, social media, and marketing events.
12. Maintaining training and education on skincare lines and promoting these products.
13. Maintaining correspondence with clients regarding treatment follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a current Texas License. Laser Technician License preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of plastic surgery, dermatology, surgical, or medical spa experience.
• Laser certification preferred.
• Exceptional phone and people skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through with instructions.
• Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Commission Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, possible Saturdays, 8-hour shift.
