Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative needs of providers within a collaborative team. You will help optimize the patient experience during interventional pain management visits, handle scheduling, check-in, charting, and communications with patients, physicians and staff.

A background of 2–5 years in a medical office is preferred, along with strong customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in medical office or equivalent; 3 to 5 years physician secretarial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily administrative needs of providers within a team structure.
• Optimize the patient experience for interventional pain management visits.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement to meet provider needs.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for providers, including scheduling, check-in, and communications with patients, physicians and staff.
