Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1 year of admin/clerical experience or 5 years of admin/clerical experience.
• 1 year of experience or knowledge of special education.
• Proficient using Synergy database and spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Medicaid claim program for special education services.
• Coordinate a high volume of data including IEPs and ADL compliance.
• Provide training to providers and monitor participation in Medicaid procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Medicaid program activities alongside the MIPS Coordinator.
