Qualifications

• Experience writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience testing APIs and backend systems.
• Programming or scripting experience.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux commands.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to understand complex workflows and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases for Medicaid system workflows.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries and ensure data integrity.
• Test APIs and backend services using tools such as Postman.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, and verify fixes.
• Perform end-to-end testing aligned with Medicaid business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze systems deeply to identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues.
• Review business requirements and ensure coverage for Medicaid-specific scenarios.
• Perform testing in production-like environments to validate release readiness.
• Use UNIX/Linux commands to debug and analyze system logs.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
