State of Maryland is seeking a full-time candidate to facilitate enrollments and reapplications for Medicaid and Maryland Children’s Health Program. The role also supports Medicaid programs by applying and interpreting program policies, regulations, and guidelines within a health‑care setting.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and two years of clerical experience in related programs, with substitutions allowed for education or experience. Located at MDH St.

Qualifications

• Two years of clerical experience applying policies in a medical care, health insurance or federal or State entitlement program.
• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Substitution of additional clerical experience for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Thirty credit hours from an accredited college or university for one year of the required experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate enrollments and reapplications for the Medicaid Insurance Program and Maryland Children's Health Program.
• Support Medicaid Insurance Programs by applying, interpreting, and processing program information, policies, regulations, and guidelines.
