Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving Minnesota and beyond, seeks a Medicaid Product Specialist to collaborate with the Product team and other internal departments on new and existing products. You will analyze product performance, support regulatory submissions, and help manage lifecycle activities.

This office role is onsite at our Minnetonka, MN location, onsite about 3 days per week, with a salary range of about $50,800 to $87,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and competitive total

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience in managed care settings and familiarity with CMS/Medicare/Medicaid.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, enhancement, and implementation of D-SNP products.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to assess product opportunities and implement initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and assist with regulatory submissions and readiness activities.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Government Programs teams on regulatory requirements.
