Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; education/experience waiver possible.
• One year in healthcare reimbursement and one year customer service experience.
• HFMA CRCR preferred; IHS Tribal Billing knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle and Microsoft Office Suite advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Submit and recover healthcare claims accurately and timely.
• Assist senior specialists with workload and tasks from Lead.
• Coordinate reimbursement resolution with all payer types.
• Demonstrate strong time management to meet deadlines.
