Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support such as answering phones, taking messages, prepare mailings, filing, scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and compiling meeting minutes.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents.
  • Assist with development, proofreading, and editing of program reports, white papers, abstracts and fact sheets.
  • Review multiple databases to research Medicaid application and enrollment status, receipt of Medicaid cards, and release dates.
  • Compile Excel workbooks to request updates of Medicaid records and submit help tickets as needed.
  • Assist with tracking local and Federal legislation related to the program and survey design.
