The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of Medicaid, Systems Data and Analytics team seeks three Business Systems Strategists to support modernization initiatives under the Medicaid Technology Roadmap.

In this role you will coordinate modernization activities, analyze systems and data, ensure regulatory readiness, and draft components of APDs while supporting enterprise alignment. Hybrid work after a six-month probation period is offered.

Qualificações

• Experience with systems analysis, documentation, or project coordination.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving modernization environment.
• Clear communication skills, including preparing high-quality summaries and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Support modernization planning, implementation, and documentation for initiatives.
• Coordinate inputs across DOM-DoIT, MCOs, vendors, and Medicaid program teams.
• Facilitate alignment with enterprise strategies and project goals.
• Conduct system, data, workflow, and dependency analysis for planning.
• Prepare summaries and landscape assessments to aid decision-making.
• Ensure initiatives meet regulatory requirements and monitor risks.
• Draft APDs and support modernization funding strategy, logging issues.
• Assist with data platform alignment and module transition planning.
