Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial healthcare experience.
• 3+ years Medicaid payer system integration experience.
• 3+ years knowledge of MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture).
• 6+ years experience with business processes, data structures, and file formats (EDI).
• 6+ years working on cross-functional technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization initiatives.
• Lead business design workshops and cross-functional meetings.
• Assist with business process redesign and documentation.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, and KPIs.
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and support business integration activities.
