Job summary

Milliman, Inc. in the United States seeks a seasoned health actuary to lead large cross-functional projects for healthcare clients. You will build relationships with clients and senior management and guide project delivery end-to-end.

Bring 7+ years of health actuarial experience with Medicaid managed care expertise, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Remote options are available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field.
• ASA designation with the Society of Actuaries (SOA).
• 7+ years of health actuarial experience in a consulting firm or health insurer.
• 3+ years Medicaid managed care experience (last 3 years).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and actuarial concepts.
• Experience managing projects.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
• Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful.

• Identify client issues and resources needed to solve problems.
