Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in South Dakota or able to promptly obtain licensure.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in trial-focused litigation with meaningful courtroom experiences.
• Prosecute cases in MFANS and Criminal Litigation divisions on behalf of the State.
• Pursue opportunities in civil litigation and public service.
