You will gather information from applicants and third parties, document decisions in the records system, and communicate clearly with beneficiaries.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s may substitute for required experience.
• Proficient in computers, MS Office, and internet navigation.
• Strong communication and math skills for eligibility calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, assemble, evaluate, and act on applicant information for Medicaid eligibility.
• Document all notes and steps clearly in the system for review and hand-off.
• Perform follow-up to obtain missing information and ensure timely determinations.
