Qualifikationen

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a Call-Center environment.

• Acquires extensive knowledge of Medicaid policy and procedures to determine eligibility.
• Determines eligibility for health insurance for members and applicants via various submission channels.
• Interviews clients and verifies information for eligibility and reimbursements.
• Makes decisions on complex eligibility factors and applies federal/state policies accordingly.
• Counsels and directs potentially eligible recipients to appropriate agencies.
