MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Medicaid Data & Systems Analyst based in Richmond, VA. This role focuses on supporting enhancements for the MES Care Management Solution and requires a strong understanding of Medicaid system components.

Overview

Job Title: Medicaid Data & Systems Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12 Months + Extension

Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)

Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD

Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C

Responsibilities

• Support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS).
• Provide deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS and its data; work with business teams, MES Technical teams and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements.
• Engage in data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
• Contribute as a developer with prior technical experience and participate in Agile board to assign and track team tasks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CICD pipelines is helpful.
• Tools: Oracle, MongoDB, Talend, SQL Server, PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes.
• Experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, and creating logical and physical data models.
• Heavily involved in data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners.
• Prior experience as a developer and with Agile workflows; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
