Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing workflows, CAQH/NPPES updates, and enrollment with Medicaid and other payers. The role also touches client billing and reimbursement operations.

You will maintain provider files and coordinate credentialing with managed care plans, ensuring timely credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, credentialing, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid.
• 3 years of experience using an electronic health record system to process claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual provider files with up-to-date credentialing information.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS portal logins and activity.
• Update CAQH provider files per CMS/Medicaid schedules.
• Process NPI applications and handle enrollment terminations as needed.
• Coordinate credentialing with insurance plans and providers.
