Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred in accounting/credentialing.
• 1 year credentialing experience in Ohio Medicaid required.
• Experience using electronic health record systems for claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider files and credentialing applications across payers.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, CMS portals and ensure active logins.
• Update NPI applications and manage enrollment with payers.
• Support billing operations to aid reimbursement for behavioral health services.
• Coordinate credentialing processes and communicate with plans.
