Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Compliance Analyst to support the compliance program for our Medicaid managed care operations. The role partners with the Compliance Officer to maintain systems, deliver regulatory responses, and ensure ethical practices across the health plan.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in regulatory compliance, preferably in managed care or Medicaid, and a Bachelor’s degree. This hybrid role involves collaboration with internal teams, external regulators, and requires

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance.
• Experience with Medicaid preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables to state Medicaid agencies on or before due dates.
• Assist with research and recommendations to develop compliant operations and policies per state Medicaid requirements.
• Develop compliance communications in response to Medicaid agency inquiries or requests.
