Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a compliance professional to support the Medicaid managed care compliance program. The role focuses on tracking regulatory deliverables, maintaining processes, and ensuring ethical operations in Kansas.

Work with the Compliance Officer to perform research, prepare regulatory reports, and support internal audits. Utilize Archer and Microsoft tools, creating training materials for staff and ensuring robust controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables to state Medicaid agencies.
• Assist with research to develop compliant business operations per Medicaid requirements.
• Develop compliance communications in response to Medicaid agency inquiries or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual and program obligations for education and decision making.
• Support external audit reviews and action plan development through closure.
• Maintain internal tools and resources to monitor compliance processes.
• Train users on Archer and Microsoft tools; contribute to system design and maintenance.
