CVS Health is seeking a career-level compliance professional to support the Medicaid managed care compliance program. You will work with the Compliance Officer to develop and maintain systems promoting compliant and ethical behavior across Medicaid health plans.

You will track regulatory deliverables, assist with policy development, and support audits. The role emphasizes operation of compliance tools and clear communications with state Medicaid agencies.

Formación

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance; or a Master’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables to state Medicaid agencies on time.
• Assist with research and recommendations to develop compliant business operations and policies per Medicaid requirements.
• Develop compliance communications in response to Medicaid agency inquiries or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program policy obligations for Medicaid managed care.
• Support external audit reviews and track deliverables, corrective action plans, and closures.
