Qualifications

• Strong reading and comprehension of Medicaid policies and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering client data in the computer system;
• Reading and comprehending the policy manual and obtaining a general working knowledge of Medicaid policies and programs;
• Keeping abreast of policy updates and changes;
• Assisting clients with questions and concerns as they come in or call into the office;
• Assist with training of new office staff;
• Must be deadline oriented and organized;
• Utilize reports for timely maintenance of assigned applications and caseloads.
