• Background in Long Term Care Casework and LTSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefit programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness in case processing.
• Provide guidance, support, and staff development to the team.
• Lead daily huddles to disseminate policy updates and critical information.
• Review client data in LTSS and assist with training of new staff.
