Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced individual contributor to serve as the primary resource for Medicaid Behavioral Health providers. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships, addressing complex policy and contract issues, and educating providers on policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor service capabilities, and support credentialing and provider iterations to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care with providers.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with providers and contracts in behavioral health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel 50-80% within the defined territory.
• Must reside in Louisiana in one of the specified parishes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with Medicaid providers and internal partners.
• Monitor service capabilities and resolve issues related to claims, contracts, or provider data.
• Support operational activities such as database management and contract coordination.
• Perform credentialing support as needed.
• Educate providers on contract policies, plan design, and processes.
• Lead or participate in provider meetings and prepare agendas.
• Collaborate on large provider system implementations to manage cost drivers.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
