Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal Medicaid laws, policies, and procedures.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and analyze complex information to solve problems.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and present to internal and external audiences.
