Job summary

The Health Care Authority seeks an IMB Senior Investigator to protect Medicaid waiver recipients from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. You will lead investigations, interview diverse stakeholders, and ensure immediate safety and thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has healthcare investigations experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team within the Developmental Disabilities supports framework. Requires a relevant degree and related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with two years of healthcare services and case management experience; six years total may substitute.
• Experience in investigations related to healthcare settings and services.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (victims, guardians, case managers, consultants).

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews of potential victims, witnesses, guardians, case managers, consultants and other knowledgeable individuals.
• Ensure victim safety before and during investigations; review documents and obtain professional consultations; write detailed reports.
