Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field; ASA designation.
• At least five years of relevant actuarial and healthcare analytics experience.
• Proven leadership experience including supervising or mentoring actuarial professionals.
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims, enrollment, eligibility, or financial data.

Responsibilities

• Engagement and Project Leadership: Lead Medicaid and public-sector consulting projects from planning to delivery, managing work plans, budgets, and timelines; coordinate teams and provide guidance.
• Actuarial and Analytical Leadership: Perform actuarial and financial analyses; develop models, forecasts, and deliverables; identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
