Job description

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to support the execution of digital media campaigns focused on attracting top talent. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure paid media efforts are effectively planned, optimized, and aligned with recruitment marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals.
  • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA.
  • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Assist in day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts, strategies, and reporting.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Home Office Requirements :

  • Reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 25 Mbps download, 50 Mbps shared, 5 Mbps upload).
  • The 6-month time-in-position rule may be waived for certain CCO employees under specific circumstances.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships.
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
  • Marketing background and digital advertising experience preferred.
  • Experience with social media and managing digital advertising campaigns preferred.
  • 2 years of digital advertising experience preferred.
