Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a visionary Consulting Principal to drive growth in the Media Entertainment practice in New York. You will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, guiding complex technology consolidations, AI-driven innovation, and business transformation initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end programs, translate roadmaps into business outcomes, and shape platform consolidation strategies across global clients to maximize ROI and value realization.

• Deep domain expertise in Media Entertainment (ME) and track record guiding global orgs through large-scale technology consolidations and AI-driven innovation.
• Architecting the future of how media is created, distributed, and monetized.
• Strong leadership in business transformation and advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives and set the blueprint aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver value.
• Bridge business and IT by translating complex roadmaps into compelling ROI stories for CXOs (CEO, CTO, CIO, CMO).
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with measurable impact.
• Advise clients on moving from legacy architectures to unified, cloud-native or hybrid environments.
• Lead technology workstreams in merger and acquisition scenarios ensuring seamless integration of platforms, data, and workflows.
• Develop Day 1 to Day 100 integration roadmaps to minimize disruption and maximize synergy.
• Build business cases for large-scale transformations and define KPIs to track success.
