  • Experience using GA4.
  • Experience with SEO principles, third-party bidding tools (e.g., Search Ads 360), Google Looker Studio, and competitive insight tools (e.g., SEMRush).
  • Proficiency in Google Shopping and PMAX.

Job Description: About the Job

We're looking for a paid search/SEM rock star to join our media team and lead paid search efforts that improve client results.

  • Collaborates with integrated media and analytics teams to develop recommendations as well as provide analysis and actionable insights

  • Understands client objectives, resources, and pros/cons of approaches to address them

Qualifications/Traits
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Skills and experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on paid search/SEM experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience managing multiple paid search accounts
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Experience with organic search/SEO principles, third-party bidding tools (e.g., Search Ads 360), Google Looker Studio, and competitive insight tools (e.g., SEMRush)
  • Proficiency in Google Shopping and Performance Max (PMAX)

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.

Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000 annually

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
