Job summary

Baird is seeking a Media & Sponsorship Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution of media and sponsorship investments across the firm. This role partners with Marketing & Communications, business units, and external vendors to deliver integrated programs while developing a small team.

You will translate objectives into measurable outcomes, manage budgets with discipline, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple initiatives and workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• 15+ years of professional experience with 7–10+ years in media planning and sponsorship strategy.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team across multiple business units.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media and sponsorship strategies aligned to brand and business objectives.
• Oversee mix of media investments, budgets, and campaign timing across initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and balance stakeholder priorities with innovative approaches.
• Evaluate and manage sponsorships and naming rights across sports and community partnerships.
• Lead and develop a small team while collaborating with Marketing & Communications.
