Comms Search & Selection Limited in Manhattan is seeking a Media Relations Associate to join a growing media communications team. Based in NYC with a hybrid pattern, you will support press engagements and help promote the firm's brand.

The role requires 2–4 years in external communications or media relations within finance, a Bachelor's or higher, and strong project management with attention to detail. A collaborative, process-driven mindset is essential.

$135,000 - $155,000 plus bonus

Must have experience: Media relations/ external comms in a PR Agency (finance clients) or financial services firm.

A leading global investment and technology firm are seeking a Media Relations Associate for their growing media communications team.

Role responsibilities:

• Support the comms team to manage processes and projects related to press engagements and conferences.
• Work with with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies that promote the firm’s brand and protect the reputation.
• Support firmwide media monitoring, develop materials for speaking arrangements and press engagements.

Required skills and experience:

• 2-4 years of external communications or media relations experience in a financial firm or in a PR agency with Financial Services clients.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple project at once.
• A process driven mind, high attention to detail.
