Develop and implement media strategies and public relations plans to engage and educate external audiences on Centene's mission, vision, goals, and progress. Promote local, regional, and national awareness of Centene's policies, values, and mission to a diverse audience including the media, general public, government, and healthcare communities.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field. 2+ years of media relations, public relations, or communications experience; 4+ years preferred. Experience in healthcare, managed care, or insurance is a plus. Public/media relations agency experience and familiarity with monitoring tools are beneficial. Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
