Job Title: Media Programming Manager III

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months (with strong potential to extend)

We’re looking for an experienced Media Programming Manager to join our team and help launch and maintain a next-generation video platform.

Years of Experience: 5+ years' experience in video content editorial, publishing or programming for new or emerging platforms

Must-Have Skills

Experience with documentation processes, workflows, and schedules

Experience working with content and video management systems and troubleshoot problems

Experience driving processes independently and move projects to completion

Nice-to-have Skills

Ideal candidate has a background at a digital entertainment company, a sports content/broadcast company, or film TV studio

What You'll Do:

Curate and schedule digital media content across various formats (2D, 3D, immersive, app-based)

Monitor and implement real-time content updates to optimize discovery and engagement

Coordinate publishing timelines and content launches with partners and stakeholders

Manage media libraries, metadata tagging, and cataloging systems

Work closely with internal teams to refine tools and systems that support media programming

Use trends, data, and audience insights to shape content strategy

Identify content gaps and communicate needs to content sourcing and production teams

Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure seamless viewer experience

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in video content editorial, publishing, or programming—especially for emerging digital platforms

Strong understanding of pop culture, entertainment, sports, and digital trends

Proven track record of independently managing complex projects from concept to execution

Hands-on experience with content or video management systems

Excellent skills in organization, documentation, and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

Experience working at a digital entertainment company, sports media company, or film/TV studio

Background in immersive content or interactive media

Be part of a high-impact team launching a new consumer video platform
