Job summary

bioMérieux in Missouri seeks a Production Operator to prepare media and sub components, set up dispensing systems, and maintain clean, safe work conditions. You will follow procedural standards, support new product transitions from R&D, and ensure timely production per the schedule.

The role requires wet chemistry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Shift: Sunday to Thursday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of wet chemistry and/or bench work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Chemistry preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and general laboratory procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks in the Production Department ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare media and sub components, verifying labeling, storage, and regulatory specifications.
• Operate filtration checks, CIP equipment, and media dispense setup with accuracy and speed.
• Assist with device history record documentation and end-of-lot review.
• Maintain inventory and FEFO for long-term stocks and materials.
• Support new product development and transition to production from R&D.
