Job summary

The Media Planner plays a critical role in bringing that philosophy to life. In this role, you will support the development and execution of integrated, insight-driven media plans that align with client business objectives and elevate the craft of media across the agency.

You will collaborate closely with analytics, creative, strategy, project management, and account teams to ensure campaigns are planned, built, launched, and optimized with precision and care. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into accurate, effective execution.

From research and planning through trafficking and campaign management, you will help ensure our work is not just delivered, but delivered well.

Craftsmanship
  • Support development of media plans aligned to client objectives and media briefs
  • Conduct channel, audience, and competitive research
  • Review and evaluate vendor proposals
  • Assist with budget allocation and media mix planning
  • Build Insertion Orders within Advantage
  • Translate media plans into trafficking documentation
  • Execute QA across platforms and internal documentation prior to launch
  • Monitor pacing and support optimizations based on performance

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 1+ year of media planning and buying experience in an agency or brand environment
  • Hands-on digital trafficking experience
  • Experience building campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager
  • Experience creating UTM parameters and supporting tagging processes
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
