NBCUniversal Media Operations is seeking a Media Operations Technician to support the end-to-end digital media supply chain in a 24/7 environment. You will perform QC of media assets, ensure metadata integrity, and assist with ingest, transcoding, and distribution across NBCU platforms.

Role Overview:
NBCUniversal Media Operations is seeking a Media Operations Technician to support the end-to-end digital media supply chain. This role is part of a 24/7 operational environment responsible for quality control, preparation, and distribution of media assets across NBCUniversal broadcast, cable, streaming, international, and digital platforms. Abilty to perform quality control of content for NBCUniversal distribution using several technical processes & technologies including, but not limited to, Audio/Video QC, subtitle QC, audio language recognition, order prioritization, cross team communication and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
