Wikoff Color Corporation, employee-owned, is seeking a reliable Media Mill Operator to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves handling raw materials, operating Premier Mill and Neos 20 Mill, and ensuring product quality through standardized processes.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will follow GMP, maintain documentation, and contribute to a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures and standard work.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and physical work.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Document nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Stop processes within scope when safety or quality is compromised.

Responsibilities

• Complete Respirator Fit Test and safety training.
• Participate in employee orientation and follow safety policies.
• Maintain housekeeping standards using 5S practices.
• Execute corrective actions as needed.
• Operate Premier Mill and Neos 20 Mill.
• Handle raw materials and manage weigh-up processes for water-based flexo and coating systems.
• Use scales accurately for material measurement.
• Operate post mixers, air mixers, and KH vessels.
• Package products according to specifications.
• Manage fillovers and batch ticket controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow document control procedures.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and GMP.
