Small Biz Heroes is seeking a creative Media & Marketing Intern for our Charlotte team. The internship focuses on capturing in-office content, photography and video, organizing media assets, and helping turn social media engagement into business opportunities.

You do not need extensive professional experience. We want someone with a strong eye for content, a willingness to learn, great organization, and the confidence to capture people, energy, and stories inside Small Biz Heroes.

Formación

• Basic experience with photography, videography, social media, or content creation.
• Familiarity with digital file organization and cloud storage.
• Experience creating content for personal, school, organization, or business social media accounts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Capture photo and video content of team activities and company culture.
• Film B-roll for social media campaigns.
• Organize and tag media assets for easy access.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with prospects.
• Help convert conversations into leads and appointments.
