The Media Manager - Bungie will be responsible for tactical planning and media activation for Bungie's flagship titles, Destiny 2 and the upcoming FPS shooter, Marathon. This individual will work closely with SIE's Media Strategy team and Director of Growth Media to ensure alignment between Bungie Franchise GTM plans, Media Strategy Plan, and the execution plan to manage the deployment of paid media campaigns through our media agency.

We’re looking for a candidate with a proven track record in planning and executing impactful paid media campaigns, particularly with live-service games. The ideal candidate will also need to be highly analytical & strategic, being able to interpret campaign results and offer campaign optimization insights to impact ROAS.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our media agency to manage campaign planning, tactical executions, and optimizations to ensure campaign success.

Support development of live-service media plans for Destiny 2 and our upcoming FPS title, Marathon, managing seven to eight figure campaigns.

Directly manage relationships with our platform partners (PSN & Xbox) to plan, execute, and report on console campaigns.

Partner with key stakeholders & executive teams to align media strategies as well as report campaign outcomes post activations.

Work cross-functionally with various marketing & media teams across SIE & Bungie organizations to plan and executive media campaigns.

Collaborate with media agency to analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

5+ years of paid media experience for live-service games, particularly in campaign management with all key digital platforms (Google, Meta, paid social, programmatic).

Experience building performance marketing plans and optimizing campaign executions.

Highly analytical and ability to interpret & translate campaign results into action.

Ability to build & manage ad campaigns across various social platforms.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.

Naturally inquisitive and able to identify challenges (and offer solutions) that others may have overlooked.

Understanding and passion for first-person shooter and live-service games a huge plus.
