Job summary

Kenvue in Summit, NJ, is seeking a Media Manager to lead national paid media strategy for the Neutrogena brand. You will partner with brand marketing, analytics, consumer insights, creative, commerce, and agencies to optimize media investments aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, strong analytics, and a passion for turning data into measurable results across digital, paid social, video, search, and programmatic channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in media planning, activation/investment, or integrated marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital media, paid social, video, search, programmatic, and measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution, audience measurement)
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated media strategies rooted in consumer insights that deliver on business and marketing objectives
  • Serve as a primary lead with agency partner across planning, activation, and analytics
  • Effective budget management, stewardship and reporting as part of key financial and business processes
  • Use audience insights and performance data to guide planning and investment
  • Contribute to development of holistic marketing campaigns as part of a cross-functional marketing team
  • Partner with internal and agency teams to build, implement and optimize audience targeting frameworks
  • Work closely with retail media team on media synergies, launch planning and performance
  • Collaborate with Comm functions as part of end-to-end planning and delivery
  • Analyze media performance, recommend improvements and lead optimization discussions with agency and internal teams
  • Identify media trends, risks, and opportunities, continuously innovate with a test & learn mindset

What you will do

The Manager, National Media is responsible for developing and executing holistic paid media strategies that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and business performance across national media channels on behalf of the Neutrogena brand. This role partners closely with brand marketing, analytics, consumer insights, creative, commerce, and agency partners to ensure media investments are optimized and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of the evolving media landscape, and a passion for leveraging audience insights and data to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

What we are looking for
Required

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
