Job summary

It Is Written is seeking a Distribution Assistant to join the Media Production team in Tennessee. The role supports the distribution staff by managing departmental processes and workflows and distributing media content across multiple platforms, aligning with the organization’s mission and church values.

The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and two years in a business or media setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, media production, English, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in a business office setting or media organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain statistical reports and convert them into usable reports.
• Assist in proofreading on-screen text during the post-production process.
• Pull engagement and analytic reports for the It Is Written TV channel.
• Assist with scheduling programs and episodes for on-demand distribution across platforms.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email; support distribution workflows.
