Job summary

Valley Kingdom Ministries is actively seeking a Media Director to head our creative and technical media efforts—from Sunday worship production to digital outreach and social media strategy. You will lead a growing team, shape visuals across channels, and partner with pastors to communicate effectively.

The role requires proficiency with ProPresenter, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and livestreaming platforms, plus strong leadership and organizational skills in a church setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of live worship production (audio, video, lighting)
• Direct our livestream and video content for sermons, events, and ministries
• Create compelling visual content (graphics, slides, social media posts)
• Assist with management in management of the church website and social media accounts
• Lead and grow a volunteer media/tech team
• Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to support creative communication

MUST-HAVES

• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for ministry
• Proficiency in media tools: ProPresenter, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, livestreaming platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in church media production or a similar creative/technical role

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in Media, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years in media production, preferably in a church setting
• Knowledge of branding, marketing, and digital outreach strategies
