Hart is looking for a Media Coordinator to assist the Media Planners and Buyers across traditional and digital channels. This entry-level position includes hands-on training with media systems, tools, and vendor platforms.

This hybrid role must be within driving distance of Detroit, Columbus or Toledo offices, with in-person Tuesdays through Thursdays; Mondays and Fridays may be work-from-home. Join Hart for growth in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Advertising, Marketing or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: assist in strategy development using syndicated data and visualization.
• Media trafficking and tagging: support in GTM tags and tag/pixel placement.
• Vendor relationships: collect proposals, support IOs, and assist billing.
• Digital stewardship: monitor platforms and adjust media plans for pacing.
• Reporting: QA and summarize performance with analytics team.
• Budget management: assist in budgeting and invoicing processes.
