Job description

TopstepTV is one of the most watched live futures day trading shows on YouTube with over 1M views per month, and 45K views per day. Our show features home grown traders and industry experts, trading live and providing insightful market coverage & educational content to a global audience, Monday - Friday from 7:20 AM - 3:00 PM CT.

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Guest Coordinator to schedule and coordinate all guests appearing on TopstepTV. You'll play a key role in shaping the daily show by finding, vetting, and confirming traders, educators, and industry thought leaders—making sure they’re briefed, prepared, and set up for a smooth on-air experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Management: Book and coordinate guests (Topstep traders, external talent, educators, analysts) for live segments, including real-time cancelations and rebookings.

  • Day-of-Show Logistics: Help manage day-of-show logistics, including reminder emails, guest passcodes, and post-segment follow-ups. Ensure guest bios are up-to-date before the show begins.

  • Manage TV Rolodex: Maintain and organize a database of past and prospective guests including notes, contact info, and segment history to help inform booking decisions.

  • Manage Calendars: Maintain and update the guest calendars in coordination with scheduling guidelines and guidance from Recruiter, Producers, and your manager.

  • Segment Coordination: Collaborate with marketing on assets needed for specific segments, using scheduling guidelines.

  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensure compliance with company policies, and confirm all booked talent aligns with the TopstepTV brand voice, values, and viewer expectations.

  • Office Administration: Perform general clerical duties, managing emails, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings & appointments.

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • Experience in guest booking, production coordination, or a similar role in media or live event environments, including experience through internships.

  • Strong understanding of or genuine interest in learning about our industry, financial markets, trading, and financial content.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing shifting priorities.

  • Exceptional communicator who can juggle multiple conversations and timelines at once.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live show environments with tight deadlines.

  • Friendly, polished, and persuasive—you know how to get people to say “yes.”

New Hire Base Salary Range

  • $55,000-$65,000
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
